What is your Shipping Policy?

ORIGINALS

Paintings under 48 x 48 inches (122 x 122 cm) will be shipped in a cardboard box, carefully packaged between foamboard/cardboard and layers of bubblewrap.

Paintings larger than 48 x 48 inches will be shipped in a wooden crate for extra protection.

I ship from Los Angeles nationally and internationally via various services, depending on what is the most cost-effective to the destination. The artwork is insured for the value of the piece. The shipping time depends on what is being shipped, but generally I have it ready to ship within 1 week. Then add the time in transit. Tracking number is provided once en route to you. I am not responsible for any additional taxes or duties required by the destination country. 

All original works are accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.

ART PRINTS

The Art Prints are produced by Bay Photo Lab in San Francisco and will ship from there. They ship worldwide with USPS and FedEx choosing the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on items ordered and their destination. Production & Shipping time ranges from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

They are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.

Prints are not signed or numbered as they are printed in an open edition.

Limited editions giclée prints, aquatints, woodblock prints and other handmade prints are signed and numbered and ship from my studio in Los Angeles.

General estimated lead time:

Within the Continental United States: 2 weeks

Outside of the Continental United States: 3-4 weeks

What is your Return Policy?

Before you place the order, make sure to have taken fully advantage of the great visualization tools my website has to offer. Use the LIVE PREVIEW tool from your mobile device and stand 10 feet / 3 meters from the wall in your home you intend the piece for. This gives you a great idea of what it feels like in your own surroundings. Additionally, use the WALL PREVIEW tool, which immediately gives you an understanding of the scale and size of the artwork. From the palette picker choose the color that represents your own wall and see how the overall color theme works together with my artwork.

However, if you are not happy with what you receive, I offer a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all ORIGINALS. This means that from when you have received the artwork give yourself some days to live with it, and if you find out this is not the piece for you; get in touch with me and we will set up a return with a full refund minus the shipping charges*. Ship it back to me, insured, and in the same condition you received it in. Keep the original packaging in case you need to return it. 

*FOR RETURNS ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS THERE IS A 30% RESTOCK FEE IN ADDITION TO WHAT YOUR RETURN SHIPPING COST MIGHT BE.

ART PRINTS are custom printed on demand by Bay Photo Lab in San Francisco and are final sale.

They do guarantee the print quality so if it ever happens to be damaged in transit it can get redone at no extra charge. In that case send me a picture of the damaged product and packaging to tc@trinechurchill.com.

How do I take care of the artwork?

Dust it off now and then with a feather duster or something soft and non-abrasive.

Avoid direct sunlight to minimize fading.

How can I see the work in person?

My studio is in Los Angeles, and if you live nearby or come through on your travels, I welcome you to come for a visit with me where the work takes place. Just email me and we can set something up. Besides this I also exhibit my work at galleries and other venues. Get on my newsletter list to know where and when.
